The Kelly bag is super versatile, with its roomy handle and shoulder strap and three interior pockets, and also classic. "Box" is the name of the type of leather that Hermes categorizes this bag. Box calf is very popular, patinas beautifully over time. Unlike older vintage models, this model has the double hooks at the base of the handles consistent with the current model Kellys, to prevent wear on the handle when strap hooks attach.
This item is in very good condition with very few signs of normal use. Surface shows slight occasional scratches, as characteristic of box leather which is meant to patina beautifully over time. Corners are clean with no signs of rubbing or scuffing. Gold hardware is a deep, yellow gold hardware and shiny. Interior is clean. Resin is intact and crisp/clean on strap edges and handle.
