At Yota Xpedition, we want you to be fully satisfied with your adventure gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
